23:00 is a manga series made by MATSUMOTO Tomo. The same mangaka for Kiss (scanlated by Endless Dimensions). 23:00, however, is scanlated by Condensation. The group does not get any profit from scanlating so it would be nice if you send them a message of appreciate. ^__^ At least, boost of their spirits.
